SAQA, the South African Qualifications Authority, has made changes within the training industry, and now all training needs to occur within the parameters of the new Outcomes Based Education system. Vertex Scaffolding’s training division is the first to be accredited to train on the following unit standards:

• Erect and dismantle of prefabricated aluminium alloy scaffolding
• Monitor and control of prefabricated aluminium alloy scaffolding
